1. Accepted Payment Methods
I process all payments securely through Stripe. This allows you to check out safely using a wide variety of local and global payment options, including:
- Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
- Mobile Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Local Payment Methods: Any localized bank transfers or payment options enabled via Stripe based on your checkout location.
All transactions are fully encrypted. I do not store or have access to your credit card data on my servers.
Tax Note: According to § 19 UStG, no value-added tax (VAT) is charged or displayed (Small Business Status).
2. Order Processing & Handling Times
All orders are processed and handed over to the shipping carrier within a maximum of 2 business days from receipt of payment.
You will receive an automated confirmation email containing a tracking number the moment your package leaves my workshop.
3. Shipping Zones & Delivery Deadlines
I ship worldwide using a structured 5-zone system. Shipping costs are dynamically applied at checkout based on your delivery address.
The standard shipping rates and maximum delivery periods (handling time + transit time) are outlined below:

Please Note: The pricing tiers listed above represent standard shipments. Shipping calculations are determined dynamically by weight and volume at checkout; smaller or lower-weight items will automatically be processed at a reduced rate.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For shipments outside the European Union (such as Zone 3, Zone 4, and Zone 5): The buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, local import taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not calculated by this website and must be settled directly with your local carrier upon the package’s arrival.
5. Damaged Packages during Transit
Every wooden sculpture is heavily packed with protective buffering layers to withstand international travel. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photographs of the unopened exterior box showing the damage.
- Take clear photographs of the broken item inside.
- Contact me immediately at hello@holgerferoudj.com within 48 hours of delivery so I can process a claim and arrange a replacement or refund for you.
